Upgrade Process

How to Upgrade to Pro

  1. Navigate to Pricing: Go to the Pricing page in the app
  2. Click "Upgrade to Pro": Select the Pro Plan option
  3. Confirm Subscription: You'll be redirected to Shopify's confirmation page
  4. Approve Charge: Review and approve the recurring charge
  5. Instant Activation: Pro features are activated immediately after approval

How to Downgrade to Free

  1. Go to Pricing Page: Access the Pricing section in the app
  2. Click "Cancel Subscription": Select the downgrade option
  3. Confirm Cancellation: Confirm you want to cancel the Pro Plan
  4. Automatic Processing: Subscription is canceled with proration
  5. Immediate Downgrade: Account reverts to Free Plan features

What Happens During Downgrade:

⚠️ Note: When downgrading, scheduled review request emails will no longer be sent, but all your existing reviews, ratings, and Q&A data remain intact.

Proration Policy

We believe in fair billing. When you cancel your Pro Plan subscription:

If you cancel after 15 days of a 30-day billing cycle, you'll receive a refund for the remaining 15 days. For a $15/month plan, that's approximately $14.50 back.

Can I upgrade and downgrade multiple times?

Yes! You can upgrade and downgrade as many times as you need. Each change is prorated fairly.

What happens to my data when I downgrade?

All your reviews, ratings, Q&A, and settings are preserved. You simply lose access to Pro features like automated emails.

Is there a free trial?

The Free Plan is available indefinitely. For Pro Plan trials, contact our support team for promotional codes.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Simply go to the Pricing page in the app and click "Cancel Subscription". You'll receive a prorated refund automatically.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, cancellations are automatically prorated. If you cancel within the first 7 days, contact support for a full refund.
